Privacy Policy
Effective October 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how JD IT Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), an Oklahoma-based IT company serving businesses across the U.S., collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website, request a quote, or buy from us. It works together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Information we collect
- Contact and quote requests: your name, company, email, phone number, and message when you use our contact form or ask for a quote.
- Shop account: your name, email, and sign-in details provided through our sign-in provider when you create or use a Shop account.
- Orders: the items you order and the ship-to address and contact details needed to deliver them.
- Invoices and payments: invoices and payments are handled through Intuit QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payments. We do not collect or store full credit card or bank account numbers.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to prepare quotes, process and fulfill orders, send invoices, provide support, manage your account, and keep the business, tax, and legal records we are required to keep.
3. How we share information
We share information only with service providers we need to serve you, and only as much as they need:
- Website hosting and our sign-in provider.
- Intuit (QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payments) for invoicing and payments.
- Manufacturers, distributors, and shipping partners involved in delivering your order or Service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law, such as to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights and customers.
4. QuickBooks integration
Our website connects to our own QuickBooks Online company to create customer records and invoices for your orders. The access tokens used for this connection are stored on our servers, not in your browser, and are encrypted in transit. You can ask us to remove your data by emailing sales [at] jditso [dot] com.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar storage for sign-in, security, and spam protection on our forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used; if we do, it is used only to improve the site.
6. Data security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to keep any credentials you share with us confidential.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information as long as needed to serve you and to meet business, tax, and legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing sales [at] jditso [dot] com. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for tax or legal reasons. If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights under that law where it applies, and we will honor them.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
